Identification

Occasional invaders are pests that don't live indoors year-round but move inside seasonally, usually in fall as temperatures drop.

They tend to cluster around windows, siding, and attic spaces on the sun-facing side of a house.

Why it's a problem

Individually harmless, these pests can appear in large numbers all at once, which is more of a nuisance than a health risk — but an unpleasant one.

Because they enter through small exterior gaps, an indoor-only treatment won't stop the next wave next season.

Our approach

We treat the exterior perimeter and likely entry points ahead of the seasonal push, focused on sealing gaps as much as spraying.

Follow-up treatment handles anything that made it inside before the barrier went up.
