Identification

Ticks are most active from spring through fall and are typically picked up brushing against grass, brush, or leaf litter.

They're most concentrated at the wooded perimeter of a property, where lawn meets brush.

Why it's a problem

Tick bites can transmit Lyme disease and other illnesses, which makes yard treatment a health precaution as much as a comfort one, especially with kids and pets in the yard.

A yard can look clean and still have an active tick population concentrated along its edges.

Our approach

We spray the yard with particular attention to the wooded perimeter, where lawn meets brush, since that's where ticks concentrate.

Scheduled seasonal visits keep that barrier active through the months ticks are questing, so the yard stays usable without a second thought.
